The dem primary base now, so there's no reason to expect greater lefty emphasis when they play to the entire electorate. If it were Bern (very unlikely IMO) I think he'd be the same guy, because he's completely sincere. Liz otoh is more of a politician IMO, as evidenced by her need to publicize her Native American bonafides for no particular reason (a gaff her opponents will never let us forget), so I'd expect her to potentially tack a little right, but she doesn't leave herself much room.

One of the other candidates like Klobuchar or maybe a guy like Bullock will have to shock the world in Iowa to join the front runners IMO. Harris has already made that call. She had her moment and it didn't stick, so she's putting all her eggs in Iowa. Either she pulls off something unlikely there, or see ya later.
